Die Kompetenz dahinter stammt aus über 20 Jahren operativer Führung in Logistik, Handel und Produktion — aus Verantwortung, nicht aus Folien. Genau dieses Bild trägt unser Beratungsverständnis. In quantum physics, superposition means that a system holds several possible states at once — until a measurement takes place. This very image shapes how we understand consulting.

Der Blick für das Neue The eye for the new

Young hat mit seinem Doppelspaltexperiment bewiesen, dass Licht mehr ist, als man auf den ersten Blick sieht — nicht nur Teilchen, sondern Welle. In der Beratung geht es genau darum: Den Blickwinkel zu verändern und verborgene Muster und Potenziale im Unternehmen sichtbar zu machen. With his double-slit experiment, Young proved that light is more than what meets the eye — not just particle, but wave. In consulting, this is exactly the point: to change the perspective and make hidden patterns and potentials in a company visible.

Erwin Schrödinger

Der Raum vor der Entscheidung The space before the decision

Der Nobelpreisträger Erwin Schrödinger beschrieb mathematisch, dass Systeme in einer Überlagerung aller Möglichkeiten existieren können. Berühmt wurde er jedoch für ein Augenzwinkern der Wissenschaft: Schrödingers Katze. Nobel laureate Erwin Schrödinger described mathematically that systems can exist in a superposition of all possibilities. He became famous, however, for a wink of science: Schrödinger's cat.

In seinem Gedankenexperiment ist eine Katze in einer geschlossenen Box so lange in einer Superposition — also metaphorisch gleichzeitig lebendig und tot —, bis jemand die Box öffnet und nachschaut. Erst der Blick hinein schafft Realität. In his thought experiment, a cat in a closed box remains in a superposition — metaphorically alive and dead at the same time — until someone opens the box and looks inside. Only the look inside creates reality.

In der Beratung erleben wir oft genau diesen Zustand vor wichtigen Entscheidungen: Projekte oder Strategien stecken in der „geschlossenen Box" fest, weil die Angst vor dem Ungewissen blockiert. Unsere Aufgabe ist nicht, die Box blind aufzureißen. Gemeinsam gehen wir „In Superposition": Wir analysieren alle Potenziale und Risiken im geschützten Raum, um die Box am Ende so zu öffnen, dass Ihre Zukunft lebendig, agil und erfolgreich gestaltet wird. In consulting, we often experience exactly this state before important decisions: projects or strategies are stuck in the "closed box", because the fear of the unknown is blocking. Our task is not to rip the box open blindly. Together we go "In Superposition": we analyse all potentials and risks in a protected space, so that we can open the box, at the end, in a way that shapes your future as a lively, agile and successful one.
